I think to a point they are true. But they are extremly rare. I want to know more about it since I think ive had one of those, although not major. I felt a weird tingling feeling and could some how, not imagine, but see myself from a 3rd peron view and felt as if I was going out of my body. I freaked out of course. And this guy I know says that when he was in a coma he could see himself in the bed, like an over looking view. weird

Although I have to agree with you with faith, it wont stand up to critics. I believe in God, Im christian, (or atleast agnostic...) but me saying there is a God by my experiences and feeling of inner peace that science cant explain does not proove anything, and it will be looked upon by critics as dust...

actually, there is proof of OBEs, one of the best examples was this national geographic show, where they had to use a machine to make this woman braindead and perform surgery, her eyes were taped shut and she was clinically dead, and she knew exactly what was said and seen in the operating room.

The way science is right now doesn't prove everything. You need to combine it with spirituality, then it proves everything. Those who feel the need to always have physical evidence, should understand that just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. You need to have faith in your own intuition and experiences, instead of automatically labeling them and brushing it off as lies. I have had experiences, that changed entire life ...they are far from lies. They are blessings.
